Just received my Ipod Touch (2nd Generation) today. No software CD, just the charger, cable, cleaning cloth and the unit. I'm confused. I'm charging the unit now (at least I think I am!), but all I see is an icon for Itunes and a picture representing a plugged in cable. I thought I was supposed to see a bunch of icons, but I don't see anything but Itunes!

I have no darned idea what I'm doing! Can someone please help me?
