Thread: I tunes password keeps popping up

I got a 2G i pod touch before christmas but recently downloaded the 3.1 software from itunes. Now everytime i turn the i pod on itunes keeps asking for the password at least twice. Then it asks for it if i go into apps, emails and safari.
I know it was fine before i upgraded. How can i stop this without restoring it back to the original settings. Some of my apps didn't work unless i upgraded to 3.1 which is why i needed to upgrade
