Thread: apps dont load

hi ive just go an ipod touch today and none of the apps i have downloaded work they just get to the loading screen and then go back to the home screen

Same thing going on here. Brand new right out of the box. Apps come up for 2 sec then it goes back to home page. WTF!!!

I know I'm a noob at this thing but can somebody tell me what is going on with it?

35 veiws but nobody has anything to say? Is that 35 more people that are having the same problem. Or 35 people that don't know the anwser? Please Help. Befor Christmas is ruined.

Right i have a solution. I phoned up the number on the back of the case it came in. They said i had to take it into the store i bought it from. The number will also give you a refrence number. You need this number to allow the store to know you have spoke to customer service. The store just gives a straight swap for a new ipod. I hope this was a help. It was to me.
