Thread: I can't download/buy apps.

I have bought and downloaded a few apps already but when I try to get music quiz and koi pond it just says that I need to have the iPhone 3.0 software. I have tried to download the free versions and to buy it but neither work. What is wrong? Why would I need iPhone software when I have an iTouch?

I had the same problem, so I paid for the software and it works now. Still not sure why Apple charges for software. I'm not happy. Seems like a rip-off.

Hi, I like to think of it like Microsoft's Windows opperating system. Upgrading to Apple 3.0 is like upgrading from Windows XP to Vista, or Win 7. If you want the latest sdoftware you have to pay for it unfortunetly.

Oh you can get the Software for free. Apple just linked it to their servers. One, should i say hacker?, has found out the links and since then you can download the software from his webite. Dont worry, its legal:

I think that It had been needed upgraded software. I have also updated windows on my Itouch. It had been worked so far on it and I have also enjoyed video through it. I hope that It could be helpful more about it.
