Default Hi questions about buying a Ipod Touch.

Hi, I'm new and am buying a Ipod Touch soon, because i have a ipod Shuffle at the moment and it sucks. I have ran out of memory and it is VERY LIMITED!

So, I looked around and found Ipod touches are obviosly the best.
I am gonna buy a Ipod Touch 8gb Latest version (Launched September 2009) off Amazon.co.uk and was wondering some stuff...

    1. I am obsessed with Apps. ALL Apps, and was wondering if when i get my 3rd or 4th Gen Itouch would I need any system updates or downloads to play some of The Applications. I have made a list of Apps that are good, at the moment it is 90 app long
list and Most of them Say I need either OS 3.0.0 or something. What does This mean?

    2. Some of the Apps like i-Gun ultimate say there are "In App Purchases" like Weapon Packs. What Money do i use to buy these and how do i buy/ Download?

    Thanks, Washo.

Best way is to buy an iPod touch 32GB or 64GB, because that are the latest 3G models.
An 8GB is only an old 2G model with new software, not all apps and games will work on this one.
Also there will be a new (free) software update iOS 4 this month and this is only working on the 3G models like the 32GB and 64GB.
And with the 32GB You Will have enough storage for all your music, games, apps, movies and photos.
Don't let the sellers told You otherwise, because they will get rid of those old models.

If You get your iPod touch, You can get free or buy apps and games in the App Store with iTunes.
To pay them You must make an account in iTunes and select pay methode, this can be by creditcard or None and then You can use iTunes Cards You can buy in stores or online.
