Default I bought a Incase case for my new ipod classic but the touch sensitive...

...part of the click wheel doesn't work? I bought the case £20 in the ipod shop and the guy at the counter said that any 30gb 5th gen ipod video case would work with it because it is very near the same size. So I bought one and it doesnt work any ideas before i take it back?

i had the same problem, i ended up taking it back. i tried it for a day, the only thing you can do is cut out that clickwheel cover for it otherwize taking it back is the best solution.
