Update? HELP PLEASE!? hey i just updated my iBook G4 to Mac OS 10.4.11 yesterday

It said that Safari 3 was included in the update (i already had the beta of it)

so anyway, my computer restarts after the update is done installing. i go to open up safari, and it opens, but it won't load anything. in the URL, it just says "Go To This Address", and it's got the blue loading bar just a little bit, but it won't load anymore. the open tab says "Untitled", but doesn't show the little spinning thing that shows it's loading a page. So, basically, it just sits there, doing nothing.

I don't know what the problem is, but I'd like to know if there's a way I can re-download this. I try going to apple.com, but they only have it to where you can download it for pc, and it says that if you're on a mac, open software update and download Mac OS 10.4.11. But, i've already done that. and software update now says that all my software is up-to-date.

If not that, can I maybe roll back an update?
