    Default OK, What is Jailbreaking

    I am new here, and just got a 32 GIG Touch 2G. So what is jailbreaking....besides an old AC/DC song.

    Pretty much what it is, is hacking your iPod to be able to use 3rd party applications. Now, since the Appstore came out, it has pretty much defeated the purpose of jailbreaking.

    The iPod Touch Weblog: Jailbroken! check out the FAQ. BTW jailbraking can't be done on an iPod Touch 2G
