Default Good way to boost home wifi signal?

Is there a way to boost your home wi-fi signal? My iPod touch is constantly disconnecting from the internet and I think it may have something to do with the wi-fi signal. I am using a Linksys router. Is there a device that can help out, i.e. brand and model. It would be nice to not have to go to the settings to reconnect every 30 seconds.

You can try to find a better place for your wireless router or buy a better wireless router.

But you can also search in the App Store for some free programs like WifiGet or eWifi, this programs are better to find WiFi signals and to keep them.
