    Is there no way to jailbreak a 3rd generation ipod touch running 3.1.3? I frickin updated my firmware last night without thinking. DOH!!!

    Google it man, it can be done. You just need to download the 3.1.2 FW and install it.

    no it cant be done unless you backed up your shsh with cydia on 3.1.2
