...ipod touch and now its froze.? its like...i can reset it but then the apple just comes up and stays there..and i left it for a few hours and it jus stays..then i can reset it and it does the same thing..what can i do please help..i didnt spend $432 bucks to have a f***ed up ipod =[

I personally have not jailbroken my ipod, but I am sure there are users on this forum who have, and they may be of better assistance. I would suggest calling apple and simply telling that that your ipod is stuck on the apple screen. You dont even need to tell you tried jailbreaking. They should be able to help you out. Also, as a side note, please try to refrain from using vulgarity on the forums. It is not necessary. Thanks.
