if u dont have a jailbroken device then u can, on your computer, copy the url of the video to the address bar of a site called keepvid.com. once that has saved your video as .flv open up a converter, i recommend videora ipod converter, and convert the vid into .mpeg4. one perk of using videora is that it automatically adds the converted video to your itunes library to be transferred to your ipod or iphone
