Itunes not responding?

you see here, when i try to put videos in itunes library it says not responding? what should i do? is there any other process in putting videos to my ipod?

use videora ipod converter, adds converted vids to your library automatically.

btw are you running vista or xp or OSX? might be a atch for iTunes available, ya never know..
