take your ipod to the texico on east 45 north 12 1/2 miles and youll see a guy in a red sweater with the answer.
tell him BOOOOOSSSSHSAAAAA!!!
and throw the ipod at him :]

dont start itunes before u plug your ipod in. close other programs you have running and then plug it in. it might give u the option of opening itunes-or it will just open it for you.
