Thread: How do I install downloaded apps?

I have a 1st Generation iPod Touch and I recently jailbroke it. I updated it to the 3.0 Firmware before jailbreaking it and it has Cydia.
Apart from that, I downloaded a torrent with the top 10 apps for the iPod Touch.
Now... my problem is that I don't know how to install these downloaded apps from my PC into my iPod Touch.
Help please?

if you have cyidia some apps need a supporter like a theme needs winter board
a game dosent
if its a theme get winter board
download a theme it will automatically install
then open winter board and touch the theme then hit the home button
