hi guys , i have owned a ipod touch for over a year now and loved it every minute until last night when i went to put some new tunes on, when a msg came up to update my ipod to the newer itunes , when i did this it came up saying that my ipod is up to date but when i connected it ,it said that it needed to be restored, so i clicked restore and now its telling me that it is unable to do this and says there is a fault 21 on it so now i am unable to do anything, unfortunetly i am not very technically minded but i went on to itunes web site looking how to resolve it, after hours of pulling my hair out i am none the wiser, so i was telling a wagon driver who fetched a delivery today and he told to go onto this forum , saying that there are plenty of guys and girls who would help me sort this out, so here i am, so could anyone help me out please....... sticks
