Thread: Ipod video hanged :(

i ve got an ipod video 80 gb 5G .

i was playing a song and at the end, it got hanged.

the backlight is on and and i cant turn it off.

i ve tried pressing the play button to switch it off but nothing is working.

kindly help, i ve bought it just 3 days back

try holding the middle, and play/pause button down together for a few seconds. That usually works for my ipod nano.
