If I get a Sprint PHS300 Personal Wifi Hotpsot without a Sprint Phone could I use it with a 3rd Generation iTouch? Any help is appriciated.

I don't see why not. If the hotspot is password protected, you will have to enter the password, and since you own the hotspot...

You could also try asking this question to a Sprint representative, maybe even test that out in a Sprint store. GL.

Yes, You can use your iTouch with the Sprint Personal Wi-Fi Hotspot. Make sure you enable the wireless security and I may advise to create your personal network, in this way you can easily identify the wireless network when your going to connect your ITouch to the network.

Just an additional info, a 2.4Ghz cordless phones affects the wireless network activity due to interference since most of the routers/wifi network operates on the same frequency.
