Trolls are a common problem on sites.

Trolling is to deliberately post false or controversial messages to gain attention for the sake of attention.

Do not feed the troll.

Q: A troll is on the site! What do I do?!

A: Report him/her to a member of staff immediately and ignore the troll.

Q: The troll is sending me abusive messages. What do I do?

A: Again ignore the troll and report him/her
immediately.
