I am a Palm and Windows based PDA user, but I am considering purchasing an ipod Touch. I am using memory map software which has a very good street atlas which is essential for my studies, however my PDA is in need of an upgrade but here's the thing, I have noticed that similar software has been developed for the ipod platform (iPhone/iPod Touch :: A-Z Maps) but, I don't know how it compares with the memory map software for placing points on it etc..?

I personally like the ipod in general so I would gladly leave the windows based PDA behind. It is only the map software that has kept me using the HP Ipaq.

I hope someone on this forum has used the London Master Atlas and can advise me.
