Angry iPod speakers and headphones are messing up

Okay, so I've had my iPod touch for a year now, and I've never had problems. Last month, it started to cut out the audio in the left ear of the headphones. I thought it was the headphones itself but after reding 6 pairs, in the iPod and computer, I found it was the iPod itself. I sent it into future shop to get repaired, beause my apple warrenty wore off. When I got it back, everything worked except there was no speaker. I would unplug the headphones and nothing would happen. Then this week, I turned it on and it was stuck on the speaker, like it was stuck on the headphones. NOW it's switching back and fourth, from the speakers to the headphones, then it'll stop, and start switching back and fourth again. THEN it'll be on both the speakers AND headphones, at the same time. It's really frustrating. I can't play anything without it stopping on it's own. I've just restored it on my computer, and found that it's doing the exact same thing. So restoring did nothing. Rebooting didn't do anything either.

What do I do? Is anyone else have these problems? Do you think future shop just made it worse?

If you say your send it to the store and when you get it back the speaker isn't working any more, then they didn't fixed it good!
So contact the store and tell them! The must do a repair because they didn't do a good repair the first time.
