Thread: Cannot access Virgin web mail

Since weekend of the 5/6 June, when the Virgin mail was down for 30 hours, I cannot access virgin web mail on my itouch. I contacted Virgin twice on the 6th June and was told they had no knowledge of a problem with itouch. Today a friend of mine also tried on his itouch with no success. However, on my PC all is OK. Can someone advise please.

I think it is a Virgin mail problem, so You must ask Virgin to solve this problem.

I contacted Virgin, the address to get web mail on itouch is now
mail dot ntlworld dot com if your mail address is an ntlworld address. You will be directed to Gmail where your Virginmedia web mail will be displayed. (had to put in "dots" as my reply was not accepted by this forum with a standard web address)

Are you trying to access your mail through the web portal or POP/SMTP server ? Virgin changed there settings to use SSL so the ports will have changed.
