Question Apple mail & ipod touch

I Updated software to 4.0 on my 8 GB IPod Touch and when I did the apple mailbox on the touch does not show the sent, trash or junk folders.
How do I get them back? Now all I show in the Apple mail account is the in box.
This however is not true of my Yahoo Account. It kept all 17 folders that I have in that account including the sent, trash & junk folders.
Road Runner is my internet provider

You must take a look at the settings of that mailbox. See if the providers support IMAP.
Also you can try to reset the iPod touch, go on the iPod touch to Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings > Reset all settings.
