I have a car FM transmitter for an ipod touch. When itunes is playing a track, the display can be on either the album art page or a list of album tracks page. Some of my tracks do not have album art. When itunes is playing on shuffle, the thing I am usually most interested in is the artist, which without album art only shows only on the list of album tracks page. Unfortunately, it is displayed in light gray on a background of only slightly darker gray, in about an 8 pt font. Preferably the artist would be in around 30 pt, maybe in bright red. Is there anyway to make the artist more visible? Thanks.
