Nope , No speakers at all on the ipod touch . Apple only has speakers on the iphone........For now

is there any chance that the ipod touch could have built in speaker just like the iphone?

There are speakers on the iPod Touch, but they can only produce alarms like the ones you can find via Clock --> Timer. I wrote how to hack them in a Members only tutorial

also good to note that in the 2.0 firmware the internal speaker makes a sound when u receive an email
