I have a simple Logic 3 speakers. I don't know the exact details, but it works well. It came with a bunch of little magnetic dock connectors for different size ipods, but I got it before the Touch came out. However, you don't need these docks when using the speakers, so the Touch still works.

You also have the option of using regular computer speakers. I have logtiech 5.1's and the surround sound is awesome, but its not a dock, it just plugs into the speaker jack.

As name suggest stylish LG music speaker solution offers stylish design. The MPS-300 speakers achieve crystal clear sound from Touch. It is plays Up to 7 hours which is great. We can also use this while traveling because of it's size.

I am a big fan of CNET and these are their "TOP IPOD SPEAKERS". Honestly, I owned the Altec Lansing Octiv Mini M102 and I'm contented already. I love the BOSE SD 10 but the price is OVERKILL! LOL BTW, here is the list.

    Logitech S715i Editors' Choice
    Altec Lansing Mix iMT800
    Bose SoundDock 10
    Cambridge SoundWorks i525
    Boston Acoustics Duo-i plus
    Altec Lansing Octiv Mini M102
    iHome iP1
    Altec Lansing inMotion Classic
    Bose SoundDock Portable (white)
    Altec Lansing InMotion Compact iMT320
    iHome iP90 (black)
B&W Zeppelin Mini Speakers for iPod
Boston Acoustics i-DS3 plus iPod Speaker System (black)
    Logitech Rechargeable Speaker S315i

I can't post a link yet so just use the search term for "best ipod speakers" in GOOGLE and look for the CNET result.
