Thread: Need help with screen problem!

Hi

2 days ago, my Ipod touch (3rd gen 8G) went in washer/dryer. I was a little stupid so I tried to open it and see if it was working. After waiting a little I saw the apple picture that transformed into a big white screen that I could see the ''thing that looked like water bubble'' but they weren't...then I saw the normal picture (my background) even tho it was showing 31th december at 19:25 ( it was 09:15). When I try to touch the screen, no effect...I try and wait like 5 hour but still doesn't work. I've been stupid again and tried to charge it, it worked ( a little slower than usual but worked ). I tried to touch the screen, still no effect. I also synchronized it, it resolved the hour and date problem, but still nothing. I tried to put it in rice to see if it could soak any water for like approx. 24hours, but still no effect. Right now it's ''sitting'' vertically to see if any water or w.e would go off to the floor. Help! I dunno how to help this! maybe my screen burned?

I think you turn it on to soon and something is burned.
Go to an Apple Store or your reseller and ask them if it can be repaired.
