First, I am a newbie here and this is my first post on the forum...

Yea, so I was just exiting this app and was about to go onto this other app until the iPod Touch 8GB started showing the Apple logo as if it'd shut down but I had a full battery so it wasn't out of juice...

It shows the USB to iTunes image all over the screen but the only things you can do is turn it off and take screenshots.

Some people say you must hold down certain buttons for so long but it doesn't work unless you know something.

All help much appreciated
